Este rol combina arquitectura cloud avanzada, visión consultiva, alineamiento con negocio y acompañamiento estratégico durante todo el ciclo de vida del cliente. Buscamos a una persona capaz de diseñar, modernizar y evolucionar ecosistemas tecnológicos completos, asegurando valor continuo y sostenibilidad técnica en entornos dinámicos.
Responsabilidades del Rol
Arquitectura, Diseño y Modernización
Diseñar arquitecturas cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) con foco en seguridad, eficiencia, escalabilidad y analítica avanzada.
Elaborar soluciones integrales que combinan cloud, SAP, data, seguridad, AI y automatización.
Liderar workshops, discovery sessions y análisis de requerimientos de negocio.
Documentar arquitecturas y roadmaps tecnológicos siguiendo mejores prácticas globales.
Gestión Técnica Estratégica con Clientes
Ser el referente técnico clave en cuentas estratégicas y proyectos de impacto.
Alinear soluciones con los objetivos de negocio, regulaciones y estándares corporativos.
Participar en QBRs, presentaciones ejecutivas y ciclos de renovación/expansión.
Colaborar con equipos de Customer Success, preventa, ingeniería y delivery.
Gobernanza, Delivery y Mejora Continua
Asegurar la correcta transferencia de soluciones a equipos de implementación y operación.
Supervisar incidentes críticos y proponer mejoras estructurales.
Impulsar prácticas de FinOps, Zero Trust, automatización y eficiencia operativa.
Evaluar tendencias tecnológicas y proponer mejoras evolutivas para los clientes.
Requisitos del Perfil
Formación
Ingeniería en Informática, Sistemas, Industrial, Telecomunicaciones o carrera afín.
Especialización en cloud, arquitectura o transformación digital (deseable).
Experiencia
Al menos 7–8 años en roles de arquitectura, consultoría o delivery senior.
Experiencia demostrable en proyectos cloud-first, SAP, modernización tecnológica, data & analytics y seguridad.
Participación en iniciativas de transformación digital a gran escala.
Certificaciones Valoradas
AWS Solutions Architect – Associate (obligatoria).
AWS Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, GCP Cloud Architect, SAP Basis/BTP/S4HANA, PMP, ITIL (deseable).
Habilidades Clave
Capacidad de influir y comunicarse con stakeholders técnicos, negocio y C-level.
Mentalidad consultiva, pensamiento estratégico y orientación al impacto.
Dominio de herramientas como Lucidchart, Visio, GitHub/GitLab, Terraform, Power BI o similares.
Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
