Nuestro cliente Warner Bros. Discovery, compañía global líder en medios, entretenimiento y streaming, se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Revenue Operations Coordinator para sumarse a su equipo de Revenue Operations, con sede en Chile, en el marco de un reemplazo por período de pre y post natal.

Este rol tendrá como principal objetivo ser el principal nexo entre Ad Sales y los clientes, asegurando que los acuerdos negociados se ejecuten de manera impecable, junto con la gestión y control del inventario publicitario, la carga oportuna de comerciales y el cierre diario de registros de ventas con máxima precisión, contribuyendo a la optimización de ingresos y al cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros de la compañía.

 

Principales responsabilidades:

Gestionar integralmente las cuentas desde la entrada de órdenes hasta la conciliación y facturación, manteniendo comunicación constante con agencias y clientes.

Asegurar la correcta carga de reservas, ajustes, preempciones y gestión de materiales publicitarios.

Implementar la estrategia de Media Planning en la estructura de cortes y disponibilidad de inventario para ventas.

Administrar el inventario diario de los canales y coordinar oportunamente cualquier modificación necesaria.

Cerrar los registros diarios de ventas, garantizando el uso eficiente del inventario y la optimización de ingresos.

Mantener comunicación permanente con regiones y representantes externos de ventas sobre el estado de las cuentas.

Actuar como enlace entre la región y/o representantes externos de ventas y otros departamentos de la región (por ejemplo, Operaciones de Red, Planificación y Reportes, Programación, Finanzas).

REQUISITOS

Formación:
Licenciatura en publicidad, ingeniería comercial, negocios, o campo relacionado.
Experiencia:
Al menos 1 año de experiencia en roles similares, idealmente en entornos de televisión, medios u operaciones comerciales.
Conocimientos técnicos:
Manejo de Paquetería Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Manejo de idioma inglés (desable)
Otros atributos conductuales y de personalidad:
Alta orientación al detalle y fuerte capacidad de organización. Buenas habilidades analíticas y de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita. Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma, combinando rapidez y precisión. Buenas habilidades interpersonales y orientación al trabajo colaborativo.
