Role Description
This full-time, on-site Architect role is based in Elkins Park, PA, The Architect will focus on designing and planning building projects while ensuring they adhere to client requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include drafting detailed architectural drawings, collaborating with clients and project teams, conducting site analyses, and ensuring structural integrity in designs. The Architect will work closely with Project Managers and supervisory staff to oversee project progress.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, and construction methods
- Strong collaboration and team leadership skills to work effectively with project managers, supervisory staff, and clients
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in architectural and design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet project deadlines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field Isa plus but not mandatory.
