We are looking for a dynamic Management Control Lead to join our growing team in Santiago. In this multicultural environment, fluent English is essential for daily collaboration with global teams. Reporting to the Finance & Administration Manager (Chile), you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing financial reporting processes and ensuring compliance with international standards (US GAAP).

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimize US GAAP reporting processes; supervise FP&A and period-end closings.
  • Produce management reports and provide analytical insights for decision-making.
  • Prepare and review reinsurance reports and tax packages per international requirements.
  • Supervise treasury operations, collections, commissions, and reinsurance processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ and local teams; manage relationships with fund managers and external providers.
  • Oversee vendors to ensure SLA and quality compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Control, Commercial Engineering, or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Previous experience with a Big Four accounting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple reporting and compliance projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with international financial standards and cross-border operations.
