Responsibilities
At Zelestra Latam, we are looking for an Intern to join our People team, based in Santiago (Las Condes).

In this role, your mission will be to contribute transversally to the efficiency of internal processes in the area, provide administrative support, and actively participate in identifying and proposing continuous improvements.

To Achieve This, You Will

  • Support the management and filing of labor documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries.
  • Provide support in Payroll processes and labor compliance.
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of activities related to climate and culture.
  • Provide support for internal communications.
  • Carry out tasks related to recruitment & selection.
  • Perform other duties associated with the area.

*Job Requirements*

  • Be a final-year student of Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced user-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Intermediate English (desirable).
  • Provide a valid enrollment certificate confirming student status.
  • Have active student insurance and documentation certifying the need for a professional internship.
  • Availability to carry out your internship in Santiago (Las Condes), under a hybrid work model.
  • Availability to complete your internship for a minimum period of 3 months, preferably 6.
  • Responsibility, proactivity, and strong learning ability.
  • High motivation, eagerness to learn, and the drive to give your best during the internship.
