We're looking for an SP&A Manager who can combine strategic thinking, analytical horsepower, and business judgment to guide our most critical initiatives.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment, influences senior stakeholders, and loves solving complex problems with data.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Lead Strategic Planning and Forecasting

  • Drive the annual and quarterly planning cycles for multiple business units, defining key performance indicators and ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Build and own robust financial and operational models to forecast business performance and identify risks or opportunities.

  • Translate complex analyses into actionable insights that guide executive decisions.
     

Own Business Performance and Resource Allocation

  • Design and manage tracking frameworks to measure progress against strategic priorities.

  • Partner with Finance and business leaders to optimize budgets, investments, and headcount planning.

  • Ensure resources are allocated to the highest-impact initiatives through data-driven ROI evaluation.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a strategic business partner to teams across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership, influencing decisions across the organization.

  • Lead a team of analysts and specialists — fostering a culture of curiosity, ownership, and impact.

Unlock Growth through Data and Insight

  • Identify key levers of growth and efficiency across Rappi's ecosystem.

  • Build business cases for strategic bets and track their performance end-to-end.

  • Continuously challenge existing processes to drive automation, scalability, and better decision-making.
