Increasing production of critical minerals provides key components of clean energy technologies, from wind turbines to batteries. Job Summary:

In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and contributing to various HR functions. Reporting to Regional HR Manager, you will be working as part of a large and experienced team, so lots of opportunity to learn and expand your knowledge.

Major Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support for a range of HR functions, such as Talent Management, Recruitment, Benefits among others.
• Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, processes and policies.
• Supporting the HR team by monitoring and responding to emails in the shared inbox, offering support, advice, and guidance to those in need.
• Providing administrative support for HR reports, data tracking, job profiles definition, general documentation and coordinations required.
• Offering flexible support to the HR team, assisting with additional tasks and projects as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Requires less than 1 year of experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Advanced English – no need for HR Experience.
• Ability to be proactive and seek solutions to problems while managing time and effectively prioritise tasks.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word to a good standard.
• A self-starter who is motivated to use initiative and has good attention to detail.
• Right to work in Chile.
