El Analista de Operaciones es responsable de monitorear, analizar y optimizar la operación diaria, asegurando la estabilidad de los servicios, la correcta ejecución de los procesos y el cumplimiento de los SLA y OKRs definidos.

El rol combina análisis avanzado de datos, monitoreo en tiempo real y gestión operativa, funcionando como enlace entre sistemas (WMS, SAP, plataformas internas), equipos operativos, comerciales y liderazgo. Su foco principal es detectar desviaciones, entender sus causas y coordinar acciones correctivas que impacten positivamente en la experiencia del usuario y en los costos operativos.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

El Analista de Operaciones tendrá como principales responsabilidades:

  • Monitorear la continuidad operacional y el correcto funcionamiento de las integraciones sistémicas, asegurando la disponibilidad del servicio.

  • Consolidar y controlar diariamente la información de inventarios, identificando inconsistencias entre sistemas como SAP y WMS.

  • Analizar y dar seguimiento a indicadores clave de desempeño operativo (shrinkage, errores inbound, tiempos y costos de entrega).

  • Realizar monitoreo en vivo de la operación para balancear oferta y demanda, asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLA.

  • Detectar, escalar y coordinar la resolución de incidentes operativos y sistémicos.

  • Colaborar con equipos de Operaciones y Comercial para resolver problemáticas de master data, catálogo, formatos de tienda y cambios operativos.

  • Desarrollar reportes, dashboards y alertas utilizando herramientas como Power BI, Redash, SQL y Python/R.

  • Ejecutar análisis de causa raíz frente a desvíos de KPIs y proponer planes de acción basados en datos.

  • Centralizar y dar seguimiento a los planes de acción derivados de postmortems operativos, asegurando su correcta ejecución.

  • Documentar y compartir mejores prácticas operativas entre países y segmentos.

Adicionalmente, el rol contempla responsabilidades operativas complementarias orientadas a la gestión diaria y control de la flota y el servicio:

  • Apoyar el balanceo y la distribución de repartidores según región, horarios, tipo de vehículo y nivel de especialización.

  • Participar en la definición y seguimiento de esquemas de pricing y pagos a repartidores.

  • Controlar el presupuesto asociado a pagos, bonos e incentivos operativos.

  • Velar por el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, disciplina y servicio de la flota.

  • Gestionar incidencias relacionadas con fallas operativas, problemas de preparación, quiebres de insumos o afectaciones tecnológicas.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas sanitarias y estándares de calidad en la preparación y entrega de pedidos.

  • Coordinar y liderar de forma indirecta equipos operativos a través de servicios transitorios.

  • Apoyar la atención y resolución de incidencias con clientes internos y externos, incluyendo seguimiento y conciliación de ventas presenciales cuando aplique.

  • Mantenerse actualizado respecto a cambios tecnológicos, procesos internos y nuevas herramientas operativas.
