Grafton Group is looking for a HSEC Engineer for one of the largest Chinese power generation companies.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement health, safety and environmental programs.
2. Coordinate and lead HSEC training activities.
3. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
4. Manage incidents and accidents, investigating and proposing corrective actions.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a culture of safety.

Requirements:
Minimum intermediate level of english
Proven experience of at least 5 years in HSE matters, preferably in energy industry and other related construction/engineering fields.
Professionals with a degree in safety engineering or related fields,
Proficient in Chilean HSEC (SSO) standards.
Experience in power generation and other related companies (large scale projects)
Ability to work as part of a team

Location: Santiago, Las Condes (metro Escuela Militar)

Responsabilidades:

  1. Desarrollar e implementar programas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.
  2. Coordinar y liderar actividades de capacitación en temas HSEC.
  3. Realizar inspecciones y auditorías para garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas y políticas internas.
  4. Gestionar incidentes y accidentes, investigando y proponiendo acciones correctivas.
  5. Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para promover una cultura de seguridad.

Requisitos:
  • Dominio intermedio de idioma inglés como mínimo
  • Experiencia comprobada de al menos 5 años en materias de HSE, de preferencia en industria de energía y otros campos de construcción/ ingeniería relacionados.
  • Profesionales titulados en carreras de ingeniería de seguridad o relacionadas, 
  • Dominio de normas chilenas HSEC (SSO)
  • Experiencia en empresas generadoras de energía y otras relacionadas (proyectos de gran envergadura)
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo
