Administrador/a de Bases de Datos Senior
para sumarse a nuestro equipo de tecnología.

El rol está orientado a profesionales con experiencia sólida en entornos críticos, bases de datos en nube y on-premise, y con una mirada proactiva hacia la automatización, el rendimiento y la seguridad.

Trabajarás en proyectos desafiantes, principalmente para clientes enterprise, en un equipo colaborativo donde el conocimiento se comparte y el impacto técnico importa.

Misión:

Asegurar la correcta
instalación, operación, optimización, seguridad y evolución
de los motores de bases de datos bajo tu responsabilidad, garantizando disponibilidad, rendimiento y cumplimiento de buenas prácticas y normativas.

Motores de bases de datos incluidos en el alcance:

  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • AWS RDS PostgreSQL
  • AWS RDS MySQL
  • AWS RDS SQL Server
  • AWS DynamoDB
  • AWS MariaDB
  • AWS Data Lake

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Instalación, configuración y administración de distintos motores de bases de datos.
  • Actualización, parchado y mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
  • Monitoreo de rendimiento, troubleshooting y análisis de capacidad.
  • Propuesta e implementación de mejoras de performance, disponibilidad y optimización de costos.
  • Automatización de tareas operativas y recurrentes.
  • Apoyo técnico en propuestas, evaluaciones y proyectos.
  • Aplicación de buenas prácticas de seguridad, respaldo y recuperación.
  • Documentación técnica y apoyo a equipos internos y clientes.

Deseable:

Conocimientos en normativas de seguridad y calidad.

Será un
plus
contar con experiencia o conocimientos en regulaciones del mercado financiero (por ejemplo,
CMF
u organismos similares).

Experiencia y certificaciones:

Experiencia senior comprobable como DBA.

Certificaciones de administración de bases de datos SQL (deseable), tales como:

  • AWS (RDS, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL
  • SQL Server
  • MariaDB

Experiencia en entornos cloud (especialmente AWS).

Modalidad de trabajo:

Jornada:
lunes a viernes, 08:30 a 17:30.

Modalidad híbrida:

  • 3 días presenciales
  • 2 días remotos

Disponibilidad para ejecutar tareas
en horario no hábil
, de forma remota para actividades programadas y presencial cuando se requiera.
