Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and experienced software developer with expertise in Java, Python, and C++, who also has leadership capabilities to guide a small development team. You develop applications, while mentoring and coordinating team members to ensure delivery excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop complex software solutions using Java, Python, and C++.
  • Develop ODS Strategies.
  • Lead a small development team, encouraging best practices, code quality, and technical growth.
  • Collaborate with partners to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and performance optimization.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and provide guidance on technology choices.
  • Maintain clear documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
