Propósito de la posición
En Nestlé estamos en búsqueda de un Coffee Knowledge Specialist para el equipo de Nestlé Professional Beverages en Chile. Su objetivo principal será representar el Coffee House de Nestlé Professional , liderando capacitaciones internas y externas, participando en el desarrollo de productos y recetas, y siendo referente en conocimiento del café para clientes y equipos internos.

Un día en la vida de…

  • Capacitar a equipos internos (ventas, marketing) y externos (clientes, operadores).
  • Representar nuestras marcas en ferias, eventos y activaciones, dirigiendo a los Baristas y la puesta en escena.
  • Crear contenido educativo y recetas para redes sociales en colaboración con el equipo digital.
  • Participar en el desarrollo de productos y nuevas soluciones junto a Consumer Marketing Managers y técnicos.
  • Auditar puntos de venta y máquinas para asegurar estándares de calidad.
  • Administrar el showroom de café y su presupuesto.
  • Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias del mundo del café y ser punto de contacto con asociaciones de baristas y chefs.

Lo que te hará exitoso

  • Contar con 2 a 3 años en entrenamiento y conocimiento sólido del mundo del café.
  • Contar con conocimientos técnicos del café como, Sommelier, Barista, habilidades de cata, manejo de máquinas.
  • Adaptabilidad, comunicación e influencia, storytelling, proactividad, creatividad, trabajo en equipo y liderazgo.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar (1 vez al mes, 3 días por región app)
  • Contar con auto propio (beneficio de traslado)
  • Contar con nivel de inglés conversacional intermedio avanzado (deseable)
