Misión del cargo:

Liderar estrategias para cuentas clave que impulsen crecimiento sostenible, relaciones estratégicas y posicionamiento de la organización en procesos de minería.

Responsabilidades 

Desarrollar e implementar la Estrategia de Cuenta

  • Liderar el desarrollo de la estrategia de cuenta del cliente en línea con las estrategias del sector de mercado a través de planes anuales y plurianuales.
  • Conocer las tendencias del mercado en minería, así como las variables financieras y no financieras que impulsan este mercado

Desarrollo del Cliente

  • Identificar los requerimientos del cliente con anticipación, antes de recibir las especificaciones de la licitación.
  • Impulsar el crecimiento general en las reservas del plan de cuenta del cliente, margen bruto, EBITA y DRO para cumplir o superar los objetivos planificados.

Calificaciones y Experiencia (EXCLUYENTE):

  • Ingeniero/a civil (titulado/a) 
  • Experiencia comprobable en desarrollo de negocios en procesos mineros.
  • Inglés avanzado.
