Compensation: $1200 (Negotiable based on experience)

About the Role

In this role, you'll focus on sourcing, connecting, and engaging qualified candidates across LATAM, working closely with our internal team to support diverse hiring needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Source and engage qualified candidates across Latin America through platforms like LinkedIn, Workable, job boards, and social media channels
  • Post and manage job listings on local platforms, ensuring accuracy and visibility
  • Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates against position requirements, and facilitate background checks
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align on hiring priorities and maintain a robust candidate pipeline
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout their hiring journey
  • Use tools such as Workable, Google Workspace, Slack, and to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and maintain organized reports
  • Contribute new ideas and strategies to strengthen Anavah Talent's recruitment presence in the LATAM region

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent sourcing (experience with global or remote teams preferred)
  • Familiarity with LATAM job markets, local sourcing channels, and hiring trends
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workable
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable — especially in a startup environment
