Lead AI Engineer

Estamos en búsqueda de un
Lead AI Engineer
con amplia experiencia en el diseño y desarrollo de aplicaciones impulsadas por Inteligencia Artificial. La persona seleccionada será responsable de liderar un equipo de ingenieros, impulsar decisiones de arquitectura y asegurar el éxito en la implementación de soluciones de IA de alto impacto.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones basadas en IA utilizando
    Python
    (FastAPI, Flask o Django).
  • Implementar
    pipelines RAG
    con
    LangChain, Guardrails, LangGraph/CrewAI
    .
  • Integrar con bases de datos vectoriales como
    Azure AI Search, OpenSearch o pgVector
    .
  • Gestionar y optimizar
    bases de datos SQL y NoSQL
    .
  • Construir servicios bajo una
    arquitectura de microservicios
    .
  • Liderar y guiar a un equipo de ingenieros: revisiones de código, adopción de buenas prácticas y mentoría.
  • Definir tareas, asignarlas y asegurar entregas en los plazos establecidos.
  • Colaborar con
    product managers
    y stakeholders en la planificación y ejecución de proyectos.
  • Impulsar
    decisiones de arquitectura
    y aplicar estándares de calidad de código.
  • Gestionar despliegues y rendimiento en
    AWS
    (S3, EC2, ECS, RDS, CloudFront, Lambda, Kubernetes).
  • Construir
    frontends responsivos
    utilizando
    React o Angular
    .
  • Fomentar una cultura de equipo colaborativa, ágil y de alto rendimiento.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia comprobada de
    7 a 10 años
    en desarrollo de software y soluciones de IA.
  • INGLÉS CONVERSACIONAL
  • Amplio dominio en
    Python
    y frameworks web.
  • Experiencia en
    RAG pipelines
    y herramientas del ecosistema LangChain.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en
    bases de datos SQL/NoSQL
    y
    vector databases
    .
  • Experiencia gestionando infraestructura en
    AWS
    (Azure es un plus).
  • Experiencia en
    React o Angular
    para desarrollo frontend.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
  • Capacidad para asumir la responsabilidad y llevar proyectos de principio a fin.
