Spare Parts Accountant
to join our Finance Department. If you are interested in a key role within the business, focused on financial control and performance analysis of the spare parts area, this is an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic industry.
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly financial statements for the spare parts business. - Business Analysis:
Analyze spare parts performance, with a focus on Gross Profit and EBIT targets. - Invoicing:
Issue tax invoices in the system in accordance with business transactions and requirements. - Inventory Management:
Conduct monthly cycle counts and semi-annual full physical inventories, in line with headquarters' standards. - Accounts Receivable/Payable:
Reconcile and balance spare parts accounts receivable and payable on a monthly basis. - After-Sales Accounting:
Manage the accounting treatment of miscellaneous transactions related to after-sales operations.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Accounting, Public Accounting, Finance Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
- Advanced English.
