Wat je gaat doen

Ons HR-Operations team is verantwoordelijk voor alle administratieve taken rondom de verschillende HR-processen. Als HR Administrator ben je, samen met je directe collega's, verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en efficiënte personeelsadministratie. Je combineert dit met payroll gerelateerde werkzaamheden en positioneert je op die manier als multi-inzetbaar binnen ons team.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Bewaken van de volledige administratieve flow van contracten en het verwerken van mutaties rondom in-, door-, en uitstroom
  • Ondersteunen bij payrolltaken zoals ziekte- en verlofuitkeringen, ploegentoeslagen en speciale arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde vragen vanuit de hele organisatie 
  • Zorgen dat je op de hoogte blijft van de basis rondom Nederlandse arbeidsvoorwaarden, onze eigen Canon CAO en het interne arbeidsvoorwaardenhandboek

Met wie je samenwerkt

Je komt terecht in een ervaren en hecht HR Operations-team. We werken hybride, maar dankzij korte lijnen en goede samenwerking houden we altijd grip op onze taken. Naast gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheden heeft iedere collega een eigen specialisatie, waardoor jij hét aanspreekpunt wordt binnen jouw aandachtsgebieden.

Samenwerking staat centraal: je werkt nauw samen met andere HR-professionals zoals Recruitment, HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits én met collega's van andere afdelingen zoals Finance.

Wat je brengt

Wij zoeken een teamspeler die zorgvuldig, accuraat en vertrouwelijk werkt en tevens stressbestendig is. Je hebt een leergerichte houding. Verder voldoe je aan de volgende functie-eisen:

  • Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-4 of Associates Degree opleiding in HR, Legal of Finance
  • Bij voorkeur 2-5 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Ervaring/affiniteit met HR systemen; idealiter ervaring met SAP Success Factors, maar dit kunnen we je uiteraard ook leren
  • Zowel mondelinge als schriftelijke beheersing van Nederlands én Engels
