About This Role
We are looking for a Product Engineer focused on
CI/CD and Delivery Acceleration
to improve how fast, safely, and reliably our digital products reach customers.

This role sits at the intersection of
product delivery, engineering, and platform practices
, and is responsible for identifying delivery bottlenecks, improving automation, and enabling engineering teams to ship with confidence across mobile and web platforms.

You will partner closely with product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and release teams to design scalable delivery workflows, improve environment readiness, and implement best practices that increase deployment frequency while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to reduce build times, increase deployment frequency, and improve release reliability across mobile and web platforms.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to identify delivery bottlenecks and implement technical and process improvements.
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code for automated testing, staging, and production environments.
• Improve environment consistency and deployment automation, including configuration, secrets management, and release orchestration.
• Establish and maintain delivery performance metrics and dashboards (e.g., deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, mean time to recovery – DORA metrics).
• Enable progressive delivery strategies such as feature flags, staged rollouts, and trunk-based development.
• Develop self-service tooling and templates that empower teams to deploy safely with minimal manual intervention.
• Standardize CI/CD patterns across squads while allowing flexibility for product-specific needs.
• Collaborate with QA and UAT stakeholders to ensure automated testing strategies are embedded into pipelines.
• Document delivery workflows, best practices, and onboarding materials; provide training and enablement for engineering teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to release governance, versioning strategies, and backward compatibility.

Position Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps roles.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) to automate workflows and tooling.
• Solid understanding of testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) and how they integrate into automated pipelines.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across product, engineering, QA, and operations teams.
• Experience working in regulated or high-reliability environments (financial services, payments, or similar) is highly desirable.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with feature flag platforms (e.g., PostHog, Split, or similar).
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows and tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, and alerting platforms.
• Background supporting mobile CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience improving release governance and rollout strategies across multiple regions or markets.
