Job Title:Mobile Core Network Engineer (Deployment & Delivery)Location:Santiago, ChileCompany:Huawei TechnologiesAbout the Role:On behalf of Huawei Technologies, a world-leading ICT solutions provider, we are seeking a versatile and experiencedMobile Core Network Engineerto join our Carrier Business Group in Chile. This is a pivotal role that spans the entire project lifecycle. You will be instrumental in deploying state-of-the-art mobile core networks (CS/PS), providing technical expertise to our sales teams, and ensuring long-term network performance and customer satisfaction for our key telecommunications clients.Key Responsibilities:Solution Deployment & Delivery: Lead the technical deployment, integration, and commissioning of Circuit Switched (CS) and Packet Switched (PS) core network solutions (e.g., IMS, MSC, MGW, CloudEPC, PCRF) for our clients post-sale.Presales Technical Support: Collaborate with the presales team by providing deep technical expertise during the solution design phase. Analyze customer requirements, contribute to network architecture design, and help formulate compelling technical proposals.Technical Leadership & Operations: Manage and guide the local team in maintenance, complex troubleshooting, and the continuous optimization of network KPIs to ensure superior service quality.Customer Interface: Act as a trusted technical advisor to our clients (operator teams, including CTIO). Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and routine meetings. Handle critical issues and drive initiatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.Project Lifecycle Management: Be responsible for key project milestones, including acceptance testing (KPI achievement), report delivery, and knowledge transfer to operations teams.Cross-Functional Coordination: Work within the NOC and with other vendors to ensure seamless network integration and interoperability.Desired Qualifications & Experience:A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the deployment, integration, and/or operation of Mobile Core Networks (CS/IMS and/or PS/EPC) within large-scale telecommunications projects.Strong expertise in mobile core protocols and architecture is mandatory.
