En Seguros Falabella estamos incorporando un nuevo frente estratégico para cumplir con la Ley de Protección de Datos Personales y fortalecer la gestión de riesgos asociados. Buscamos un Data Compliance Leader and Risk que lidere este desafío, trabajando de manera transversal con áreas clave como Tecnología, Legal, Operaciones y Corporativo.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Liderar el
    Plan Director
    de implementación de la Ley de Protección de Datos Personales en Seguros Falabella.
  • Gestionar riesgos de datos: evaluación, diseño e implementación de controles, gestión de incidentes y análisis de impacto.
  • Monitoreo, reporte y gestión de alertas de fraude interno en el negocio a nivel regional.
  • Ser el referente del negocio para temas relacionados a la protección de datos personales.
  • Preparar reportes y presentaciones para comités ejecutivos y reguladores.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Informática, Comercial, Auditoría o carreras afines.
  • Al menos 2 años liderando proyectos, gestión de riesgos, auditoría o gobierno de datos.
  • Experiencia en sector financiero y certificaciones en compliance o gestión de riesgos.
  • Habilidades: liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y gestión transversal.
