• Develop, implement, and maintain third-party risk management frameworks and processes, aligned with global standards and local regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of vendors and supply chain partners, identifying and mitigating security, compliance, and operational risks.
• Integrate supply chain risks into the organization's unified risk register and ensure proactive management of critical exposures.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and business teams to enforce security clauses (ISA) and ensure contractual compliance. TPRM Tool Adoption & Process Optimization
• Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of third-party risk management (TPRM) tools.
• Ensure all new vendor onboarding processes leverage TPRM tools for risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting.
• Drive automation and process efficiency in third-party risk workflows. Audit & Assurance
• Plan and execute independent audits of third-party controls, ensuring vendors meet security, compliance, and resilience requirements.
• Document audit findings, recommend mitigation strategies, and support remediation tracking.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure alignment with regulatory and industry standards. Continuous Improvement & Technical Excellence
• Monitor emerging risks, regulatory changes, and supply chain threats, adapting processes and controls as needed.
• Lead quarterly "Risk & Supply Chain Excellence" sessions to share best practices and lessons learned.
• Pursue advanced training and certifications in third-party risk, supply chain security, and audit methodologies. Nuestro Candidato Ideal: Experience in third-party risk, supply chain security, and audits in large orgs. Leadership in cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives. Experience with regulatory readiness and audits in Chile or similar. Expertise in third-party risk frameworks (NIST, ISO, local regulations). Knowledge of supply chain security methodologies and tools. Familiarity with NICE Framework and its work roles. Relevant degree in Engineering, IT, or Security.
