Esta oportunidad es para ti

Buscamos nuestro nuevo Gerente de Productos, quién tendrá como objetivo principal definir la estrategia y desarrollo de productos para Edenred, determinando hojas de ruta y maximizando el valor comercial para los productos actuales como para nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

Dentro de sus funciones y responsabilidades se encuentran:

  • Definir la estrategia de los productos de Edenred.
  • Gestionar el ciclo de vida del producto (migraciones, uso de plataformas)
  • Detectar y estar en constante conocimiento de las necesidades y deseos de los clientes y mercados.
  • Proponer nuevas ideas que puedan transformarse en oportunidades de negocio y velar por su implementación.
  • Evaluación del entorno de mercado y sus productos, realizando seguimiento y generando KPIs que ayuden a la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Dar soporte a las actividades convocadas para el cumplimiento de las normas ISO de Edenred.

  • Autonomía y toma de decisiones.
  • Agilidad.

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería civil industrial, Ingeniería comercial, o carreras afines.
  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de productos para bancos, entidades financieras o medios de pago.
  • Uso de metodologías ágiles.
  • Inglés avanzado.
