Team Leader FTTH Resumen del Puesto Buscamos un Team Leader FTTH para liderar cuadrillas técnicas en instalación y mantenimiento de fibra óptica. Serás responsable de coordinar trabajos, supervisar la calidad y el cumplimiento de metas. El candidato ideal deberá contar con experiencia en redes FTTH y liderazgo de equipos técnicos. Responsabilidades Liderar y coordinar cuadrillas técnicas en terreno. Supervisar la calidad de la instalación y el mantenimiento de la fibra óptica. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas. Gestionar los recursos y herramientas necesarias para el trabajo en terreno. Resolver problemas técnicos que puedan surgir durante la instalación y el mantenimiento. Requisitos Técnico en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o afín. Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en redes FTTH o HFC. Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos. Manejo de OTDR y herramientas de fusión. Disponibilidad para trabajo en terreno.
