International Trade & Sourcing Manager
para liderar una nueva unidad de negocio orientada a conectar empresas de Chile y Sudamérica con proveedores y compradores en China, así como comercializar en Chile productos de clientes chinos.

Misión del cargo


• Desarrollar y gestionar oportunidades de negocio de importación y exportación entre Chile/Sudamérica y China, incluyendo la venta de productos de clientes chinos en el mercado local.


• Acompañar a los clientes en todo el ciclo: desarrollo de producto, búsqueda de proveedor, negociación, producción, logística y cierre comercial.

Responsabilidades clave


• Levantar necesidades de clientes y transformarlas en proyectos concretos de desarrollo de productos con fábricas en China.


• Buscar, evaluar y negociar con proveedores en China, coordinando inspecciones, producción y despacho hasta el destino final.


• Identificar productores chilenos y sudamericanos con potencial exportador y conectarlos con compradores en China, gestionando acuerdos comerciales.


• Desarrollar y gestionar oportunidades para vender en Chile productos de clientes con fábrica en China que busquen abrir mercado en la región.


• Coordinar trabajo con las oficinas de Hexin en Quilicura y Ningbo, incluyendo reuniones en horario nocturno cuando sea necesario.

Perfil requerido


• Ingeniero(a) Comercial con inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).


• Experiencia en comercio internacional, importaciones, exportaciones y/o desarrollo de negocios con China.


• Alta capacidad de trabajo independiente, con fuerte espíritu emprendedor y orientación a resultados.

Condiciones


• Modalidad híbrida: 3 días presencial en oficina de Quilicura y 2 días home office.


• Renta: sueldo base de $ líquidos más componente variable asociado a ventas.
