  En Herreros Human Konsulting buscamos Jefe D2C – Direct to Customer para importante empresa de consumo masivo ubicada en San Bernardo, Santiago.
 
 Objetivo
 
 *Responsable de desarrollar y mantener los canales de venta directa al consumidor a través de las tiendas propias y delos canales online (E-commerce, Marketplace u otros). 

 Responsabilidades
 
 *Generar estrategias para el funcionamiento exitoso del modelo de venta híbrido.  *Responsable de desarrollar tiendas pop up para eventos especiales o según requerimientos.  *Responsable de apertura de nuevos locales.  *Enfocado en desarrollar una experiencia personalizada y exclusiva para clientes, fortaleciendo la relación y posicionamiento de marca.  *Diseña y define planes de ventas y precios de los productos, que aseguren el margen objetivo. Organiza a su equipo de trabajo en forma diaria. 
 
  Formación: Ingeniería o afín. Al menos 4 años en funciones similares. Experiencia en consumo masivo, áreas comerciales, retail o afines, metodologías de venta online, tiendas, etc. Formato Híbrido, disponibilidad para trabajar en San Bernardo
