As the Regional Controlling Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing controllership processes at a regional level, ensuring financial compliance, performance analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with local and global teams to consolidate financial information and improve operational efficiency making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
- Carrying out financial and performance analyses for the region's units.
- Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reports following accounting standards
- Consolidating and analysing budgets, forecasts, and financial variations.
- Supporting internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Developing and monitoring financial KPIs for cost optimization and operational efficiency
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related areas.
- Consolidated experience in controlling, accounting or finance
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, ERP (SAP, Oracle, among others) and BI tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English
Desirable Requirements
- Experience of managing controlling activities in multiple Latam countries
- Knowledge of financial optimization methodologies and process digitalization
