Operations Lead | Supply Chain & Operations

se encuentra en la búsqueda de su próximo/a
Operations Manager
, responsable de liderar de forma integral la
cadena de suministro end-to-end
, asegurando eficiencia operativa, continuidad del negocio y altos estándares de servicio.


Principales responsabilidades

Gestión Operacional & Supply Chain

  • Liderar la planificación, dirección y control de las operaciones en
    abastecimiento, planificación, compras, distribución, laboratorio y servicio técnico
    .
  • Gestionar la
    cadena de suministro de punta a punta
    , desde la planificación de la demanda hasta la entrega al cliente final.
  • Asegurar la
    disponibilidad de productos
    , niveles óptimos de inventario y rotación, minimizando quiebres y sobrestock.
  • Coordinar con proveedores nacionales e internacionales, asegurando cumplimiento de
    SLAs, lead times y estándares de calidad
    .

Planificación & Control

  • Diseñar e implementar
    KPIs operacionales y de supply chain
    (OTIF, Fill Rate, inventarios, costos logísticos, productividad).
  • Liderar procesos de
    S&OP / IBP
    , alineando demanda, capacidad operativa y planificación financiera.
  • Analizar desviaciones operativas y definir planes de acción correctivos y preventivos.

Mejora Continua & Optimización de Costos

  • Evaluar y optimizar procesos logísticos y operativos bajo metodologías de
    mejora continua (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
    .
  • Identificar oportunidades de
    eficiencia y reducción de costos
    en transporte, almacenamiento, compras y operación.
  • Implementar estándares, procedimientos y mejores prácticas para asegurar escalabilidad y control.

Liderazgo & Gestión de Equipos

  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios, promoviendo una cultura de alto desempeño, seguridad y mejora continua.
  • Coordinar transversalmente con áreas de
    Comercial, Finanzas, Calidad y TI
    , asegurando alineación estratégica.


Requisitos excluyentes

  • Experiencia comprobada en roles de
    Supply Chain
    en compañías de
    Consumo Masivo, Retail o Salud
    .
  • Conocimiento en
    gestión de cadena de suministro, planificación y logística
    .
  • Inglés conversacional (intermedio – avanzado)
    – excluyente.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y gestionando indicadores de desempeño.
