Misión Del Cargo
Diseño e implementación de iniciativas para atraer, desarrollar y retener talento, alineadas con la estrategia y cultura.

Funciones Del Cargo

  • Gestión del Talento Crítico
  • Identificar roles críticos y mapear talento interno.
  • Diseñar y dar seguimiento a planes de sucesión.
  • Implementar evaluaciones de potencial y desempeño.
  • Coordinar programas de desarrollo para posiciones estratégicas.
  • Participar en diseño organizacional o comités de estructuras.
  • Desarrollo Organizacional
  • Participar en proyectos de cultura organizacional y clima laboral.
  • Diseñar e implementar programas de capacitación (técnicas y habilidades transversales).
  • Evaluar efectividad de acciones formativas y proponer mejoras.
  • Apoyar iniciativas de gestión del cambio y comunicación interna.
  • Coordinación con Talent Acquisition
  • Ser contraparte activa del equipo TA del grupo.
  • Validar perfiles y descripciones de cargo.
  • Gestión de Indicadores
  • Elaborar reportes y dashboards de KPIs relacionados con DO y Talent Management.
  • Monitorear cumplimiento de objetivos y proponer acciones correctivas.

Requisitos

  • Título de Psicología, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas.
  • Desde 2 a 4 años de experiencia en áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de DO, gestión del talento, cultura y/o capacitación.
