Empresa líder en el rubro de seguros en Chile se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Customer Support Analyst para integrarse a su equipo, con foco en la Mesa de Ayuda y la gestión de tickets asociados a procesos de pólizas y uso de nuestro portal.
Reportando directamente a la Jefa del área de Atención al Cliente, el objetivo principal del cargo es brindar soporte y resolver requerimientos asociados a la operación de pólizas de seguro, gestionando tickets de clientes externos e internos, cumpliendo con los SLA definidos y aportando activamente a la mejora de procesos y experiencia del cliente.
Principales funciones
- Gestionar en tiempo y forma los requerimientos de corredores, compañías e internos de la empresa a través de tickets, cumpliendo con los
SLA establecidos. - Analizar y resolver solicitudes relacionadas con: gestión y carga de pólizas, consultas operacionales, reporte de errores del portal.
- Derivar los casos de mayor complejidad a los equipos correspondientes, asegurando seguimiento y cierre.
- Mantener comunicación constante con stakeholders internos para destrabar y resolver casos.
- Participar activamente en iniciativas de mejora de procesos operacionales, proponiendo soluciones que impacten positivamente en la experiencia de corredores y compañías.
- Colaborar con otros equipos para asegurar la alineación de las operaciones con los objetivos generales de la empresa.
Perfil deseado:
- Formación en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración o carrera afín.
- 2 o más años de experiencia en SAC, Customer Support o roles similares.
- Perfil resolutivo, proactivo y con capacidad para levantar alertas, mover stakeholders y hacer seguimiento.
