About the Role As a Business Development Manager for LATAM, you will take ownership of expanding the companys presence and driving revenue growth across Spanish-speaking Latin American markets. You will identify opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and secure high-value deals while collaborating with internal teams to ensure long-term success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across LATAM, focusing on Chile, Panama, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Peru. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends, competition, and emerging opportunities. Lead negotiations and secure commercial agreements that align with company objectives. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner retention. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to senior management. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings across the region. Requirements Native or fluent Spanish, with strong English communication skills. Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management within Latin America. Strong commercial acumen and ability to define and execute strategies independently. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented. Experience in international, fast-paced business environments is highly valued.
