The Work You'll Do: An Order to Cash (OTC) Specialist will work closely with the internal Sovos Billing, Account Receivable, Collections, and accounting teams to provide on-going support and maintenance of our business systems, processes, and data.
More specifically, you will: Support billing/collections/Cash application, accommodating ad-hoc user requests to support your assigned Line of Business (LOB) Use existing dash boards and worklist to support on time billing/collections Partner with OTC leaders on work calendar Manage individual worklist preparation and reporting Support monthly US customer PI process, including sweep sheets / close-won finance approval process / NetSuite synch Troubleshoot with team on quotes, invoices, and other data-driven elements Identify process improvements to complete assigned functions more efficiently (e.g., strengthening deal approval, cash application efficiency measures, etc.)
Participate in providing use cases and other business needs for broader system transformation – including amendments and subscription billing tool Assist in the support of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes and data are maintained    What We Ask From You: Understanding of standard business practices related to OTC processes and systems (Sales cycle, CRM applications, reporting, forecasting, billing, accounts receivable, cash flow at risk and renewal quotes) Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel expertise Ability to use  preferred Ability to use Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx and/or Tableau Strong logical and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions Excellent communication and organizational skills Due to clients with federal contracts – the successful candidate will have to clear a background check and drug test What Does Sovos Offer You?
