Job Summary
:We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Bechtel Corporation. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering studies and projects for our mining customers. You will work closely with other engineering disciplines, procurement, and construction to deliver projects that meet and exceed our customers' expectations for quality, cost, schedule, safety, and benefit to their business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and check process deliverables, including design criteria, mass and energy balances, process flow diagrams, equipment sizing calculations, P&IDs, and control philosophy.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, procurement, construction, vendors, consultants, subject matter experts, and client teams to deliver projects successfully.
- Contribute to the review and optimization of project design, cost, safety, constructability, and schedule.
Requirements:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, or Chemical Engineering and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as an engineer working in design in the minerals industry, including direct experience in developing typical process engineering deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience in copper concentrators, copper SX-EW, and molybdenum.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Well-developed skills in teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and client engagement.
