We are seeking a Financial Collection Specialist to join our team in the Finance department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, leading, and directing senior management to collect deficient complex accounts. You will work with customers to propose and negotiate payment agreements, reconcile any differences or conflicts, and provide direction and leadership to the repossession, recovery, or legal effort.
You will analyze and resolve complex issues, develop and recommend process improvements, and report on Special Accounts performance measures. You will work closely with Caterpillar Dealers, Territory Managers, and customers in an assigned portfolio to develop strong relationships and drive business results.
