Essity is dedicated to delivering superior products that enhance the well-being of our customers. As a Regional Brand Strategist, you will contribute to our brand's success in Latin America by driving growth, coordinating product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct market research to uncover trends, consumer insights, and new opportunities for growth in the Wiping & Cleaning category in Latam.
- Product Development: Support the development and launch of new products, working closely with the cross-functional team to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Brand Positioning: Assist in designing promotional campaigns and marketing materials to strengthen product positioning and brand equity.
- Category Management: Analyze category performance and provide actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in marketing or product management, preferably in the consumer goods or B2B sector.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage market data (Excel - advanced level).
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
