About the Role

This is a pivotal position in driving customer adoption and retention, as well as identifying opportunities for expansion of add-on products and upselling of license count.

You will play a key role in collaborating with internal teams to drive account expansion, renewals, and long-term customer success.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions.
  • Monitor data-driven insights to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities.
  • Quickly understand each customer's business objectives, challenges, and success metrics.
