Job Responsibilities
  • Manage client portfolio and oversee sales activities and initiatives for the farming team.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Advanced English level (mandatory).
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B sales.
  • 2-3 years leading sales teams, specifically focused on upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty strategies.
  • Experience in financial services is highly valued.
  • Expertise dealing with a client portfolio + 1000 is desirable.
  • Proficiency in working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and/or Hubspot, among others.
  • Competencies: Leadership, Persuasive, Dynamism, Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving skills, Multitasking skills, and Flexibility.
