Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Translate national customer engagement strategy into local plans.
- Implement processes for accurate targeting.
- Ensure local plan execution aligns with strategy.
- Advocate for processes enhancing customer excellence.
- Analyze data to optimize business performance.
Necessary Qualifications:
- University degree.
- Leadership and commercial experience in pharmaceuticals, particularly in Oncology and/or Hematology.
- Comprehensive understanding of the national healthcare system.
- Excellent collaboration and leadership abilities.
- Strategic thinking and adaptability.
- Occasional travel required.
