Sales Leadership Role

We seek a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on delivering tailored customer experiences through effective strategy development and execution. As a First Line Sales Manager, you will lead a commercial team and engage with key stakeholders to drive sales performance.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  1. Develop and communicate strategy for execution.
  2. Translate national customer engagement strategy into local plans.
  3. Implement processes for accurate targeting.
  4. Ensure local plan execution aligns with strategy.
  5. Advocate for processes enhancing customer excellence.
  6. Analyze data to optimize business performance.

Necessary Qualifications:

  1. University degree.
  2. Leadership and commercial experience in pharmaceuticals, particularly in Oncology and/or Hematology.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of the national healthcare system.
  4. Excellent collaboration and leadership abilities.
  5. Strategic thinking and adaptability.
  6. Occasional travel required.
