About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR Senior Officer/Chief to join our team at Advantage. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Management: Oversee the management of HR functions, including recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, and labor relations.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Employee Experience: Design and implement programs to enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee performance and growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Leadership Development: Provide leadership development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and abilities.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Advanced or native English level.
  • Experience with HR software and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
