We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Advantage Recruiting Group SpA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our labor force, while also driving strategic talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Labor Management: Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal audits, guaranteeing the legal management of each employee.
- Talent Development: Advise on leadership, business challenges, talent development, and change management, ensuring relevant information flows between employees.
- Employee Experience: Implement actions to attract, develop, retain, and improve the performance of our talent, keeping employee information updated on our platforms.
- Financial Management: Prepare the local budget for the HR area, guaranteeing the proper execution of department and labor budgets.
- HR Process Management: Accompany and guarantee the updating processes of the HR area, including Rotation - Disengagement, Training Hours, Job Descriptors, Salary Tabulator, Open Positions - Recruitment, and Manage the correct execution of the monthly remuneration process.
- Performance Evaluation: Develop and manage the Performance Evaluation process, improvement plans, performance recognition, personal development plan, or specific training needs according to corporate criteria.
- Organizational Environment: Promote a transparent work environment and constant communication, monitoring the Organizational environment strategy, through measurement and monitoring with Local Leaders.
- 7+ years of experience as a HR Senior Officer/Chief or similar role.
- Advanced or native English level.
- Experience with one or more HR software such as SAP, Meta 4, others.
- Strong knowledge in Excel, Power Point, and hopefully Power BI.
- Solid understanding of Chilean labor legislation.
- Leadership and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
