About the Role

This is a dynamic leadership position that requires a strong background in wine service, menu knowledge, and staff development. As a Wine Service Director, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring that every guest receives a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Strong wine knowledge, including Italian varietals and wine pairing techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Certification in ServSafe, RBS/ABC, and valid manager's certificate
