We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Los Angeles or San Francisco. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, developing innovative hiring strategies, and building strong relationships with hiring managers.

Our team is committed to attracting, onboarding, and retaining world-class talent who share our mission and values. We are passionate about delivering high-quality content, including over 250,000 premium movies and TV episodes, and over 300 exclusive originals.

This is a hybrid individual contributor role, reporting to our Director of Talent Acquisition. If you have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, technical hiring, and strategic sourcing, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical domains.
  2. Manage full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on technical hiring, while also supporting hiring across other business functions as needed.
  3. Source, engage, and assess early to mid-career talent, ensuring a strong pipeline for both permanent and temporary roles.
  4. Drive temp and contingent workforce hiring initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
  5. Build and maintain strong hiring manager relationships, providing insights and guidance on talent market trends.
  6. Utilize data-driven decision-making to evaluate sourcing effectiveness, candidate experience, and process improvements.
  7. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on best practices in recruitment, interviewing, and selection.
  8. Maintain data integrity across all talent platforms, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of key hiring metrics.
