We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of study conduct with ICH/GCP and country regulations, as well as our company's policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global clinical research guidelines and be able to work within these guidelines. They will also have excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand and present technical information effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops strong site relationships and ensures continuity of site relationships through all phases of the trial.
- Performs clinical study site management/monitoring activities in compliance with Local Laws & Regulations, Protocol, Site Monitoring Plan and associated documents.
- Gains an in-depth understanding of the study protocol and related procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical research (study coordination).
- B.A./B.S. with strong emphasis in science and/or biology.
