Risk and Quant is one of the fastest growing practices at Evalueserve. As an RQS team member, you will play a key role in developing, validating, and reviewing models for both Credit and Market Risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, code, implement, maintain, and validate various Credit Risk, Capital Markets, and Market Risk models.
  • Manage the overall ongoing maintenance and quarterly monitoring of all active models.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses of business situations, data issues, and problems.
  • Research and test new technologies for risk mitigation.
  • Create comprehensive documentation of end-to-end processes.
  • Utilize programming skills in Python, R, SQL, or SAS for data and model management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematical Science, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) within a Credit Risk, Capital Markets, or Market Risk model development or validation team.
  • Proficiency in pertinent languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, or SAS).
  • Able to conduct data analysis, derive valuable insights, and support decision-making.
