As a Trade Development Manager, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by managing distributor business results and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage relationships with distributors and some customers in the assigned territory, focusing on market execution in Traditional Trade and Modern Trade.
  2. Maximize the sale and distribution of all company products in the assigned region through the establishment and execution of local and national sales programs.
  3. Train and coach the distributor/bottler sales force to engage them with the Monster brand and objectives.
  4. Ensure the execution of national and regional account strategies for all company products and achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives for all national and regional accounts and/or programs.
  5. Monitor market/retailer activity to develop cost-effective strategies that drive volume and profitability through increased penetration and promotion.
  6. Develop and manage partnerships to drive improved performance and use objective tools, information, and feedback to establish region and area performance goals and results.
  7. Conduct business performance reviews with distributors/Bottlers to track, monitor, and adjust efforts to produce desired outcomes in key business segments.

Requirements

  • Preferrably, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Additional experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in retail, wholesaler, or distributor sales environments.
  • Computer skills: Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred certifications: None.
  • Desired knowledge or skills: None.
