As a Trade Development Manager, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by managing distributor business results and developing strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with distributors and some customers in the assigned territory, focusing on market execution in Traditional Trade and Modern Trade.
- Maximize the sale and distribution of all company products in the assigned region through the establishment and execution of local and national sales programs.
- Train and coach the distributor/bottler sales force to engage them with the Monster brand and objectives.
- Ensure the execution of national and regional account strategies for all company products and achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives for all national and regional accounts and/or programs.
- Monitor market/retailer activity to develop cost-effective strategies that drive volume and profitability through increased penetration and promotion.
- Develop and manage partnerships to drive improved performance and use objective tools, information, and feedback to establish region and area performance goals and results.
- Conduct business performance reviews with distributors/Bottlers to track, monitor, and adjust efforts to produce desired outcomes in key business segments.
Requirements
- Preferrably, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Additional experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in retail, wholesaler, or distributor sales environments.
- Computer skills: Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
- Preferred certifications: None.
