About the JobWe're seeking a Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of an exceptional user experience. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading design efforts as the first Product Designer in LATAM, collaborating with our design teams in San Francisco and Paris.
- Designing an exceptional end-user and admin experience that enables our users to deliver outstanding service to their customers.
- Refining and documenting our design system to ensure it's intuitive and robust.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance tradeoffs, timelines, and user experiences.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience building and shipping world-class products across various platforms.
- A portfolio showcasing your understanding of the design process, refined UX and UI skills, and holistic system thinking.
- Experience working with clean design system documentation and advocating for users in product decisions.
- Strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate your design decisions and how they relate to the problem you're solving.
- Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving their collaboration problems.
- Strong English language proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
