Opportunity Overview
Are you passionate about crafting seamless, visually stunning, and engaging user interfaces? As a Product Designer, you'll work alongside experienced designers and cross-functional teams to create user-friendly interfaces that captivate our users. You'll gain hands-on experience, learn best practices, and help refine our design culture. Role And Responsibilities

  • Design with Purpose: Create intuitive and elegant user experiences that simplify complex cybersecurity challenges.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful design solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Refine Our Design System: Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
  • Lead by Example: Be a leader and advocate for design best practices, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • User Research & Insights: Conduct and apply user research findings to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Prototype Like a Pro: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to bring your ideas to life.
  • Present with Confidence: Communicate your design vision and rationale effectively to peers and leadership.

Requirements

Required qualifications and skills

  • Experience: 3+ years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS.
  • Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to craft user-centered designs across web and mobile applications.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) and a solid understanding of design systems.
  • User Research Chops: Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and turning insights into action.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with evolving priorities.

Desired Qualifications And Skills

  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Experience working with frameworks such as Angular.
  • Knowledge of design systems like Google Material and tools such as Storybook.
