Job Description

As a skilled industrial maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and systems. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as experience with troubleshooting and repair techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a proven track record of performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting complex issues, and completing repairs efficiently. A technical certification in industrial maintenance or an associate's degree in a related field is highly desirable.

In this role, you will work closely with production teams to identify and address equipment-related issues, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and develop maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. You will also be responsible for documenting maintenance activities, analyzing data to inform maintenance decisions, and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repair techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology) or equivalent experience
Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
