Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance domain registry operations. As a Top Level Domain Name Management Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategies and policies for the organization, administration, maintenance, and operation of country code top-level domain names (ccTLDs). Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with our team to develop a comprehensive implementation roadmap, Gantt Chart, and technical report outlining the strategy and framework for ccTLD management.
- Tender Process: Work closely with experts to define specifications for the call for bids on operating contracts, ensuring alignment with international regulations and best practices.
- Consultation and Reporting: Provide technical advice to the selection process team, contribute to the development of conclusions and recommendations, and deliver a final report summarizing results.
To succeed in this position, you must possess:
- Project Management Experience: A minimum of 15 years in project management, with at least 10 years focused on registration of top-level domain names (gTLDs and ccTLDs).
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ccTLDs, gTLDs, and their operational requirements.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish.
