Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Engaging Learning Sessions: Lead interactive and engaging learning sessions using adult learning techniques, with a focus on effective communication and problem-solving.
• Develop and Update Learning Materials: Organize and distribute the latest learning materials, ensuring they meet the needs of our team members.
• Manage Class Schedules and Logistics: Manage class schedules and logistics with ease, ensuring seamless delivery of our programs.
• Collaborate with SMEs: Work with various Subject Matter Experts to develop and update learning materials.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues promptly, ensuring our programs run smoothly.

Requirements:

• Facilitation Skills: Proven facilitation skills, with a focus on making learning fun and effective.
• Excellent Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in facilitation.
• ADDIE Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation framework.
