Job Description
The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, responsible for assessment of care needs and development of programmes of care. They will implement and evaluate these programmes, ensuring delivery of high-quality care to patients. The post holder may be required to demonstrate procedures to and supervise registered and/or unregistered staff, as well as student nurses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
- Excellent team working skills with ability to work using own initiative
- Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management skills
- Working knowledge of basic information technology
